When the floods left their lifeline clogged, we helped clear the way.
60 Aster Volunteers from Aster MIMS, Calicut and the community worked together for ‘Operation Canoly Canal’ #AidKerala
The State of Kerala witnessed it’s worst flood in a century. More than fifty thousand homes have been destroyed and 300 plus people died, and more than eighty thousand kilometres of roads have been damaged. At this challenging moment, Aster Volunteers have sent out EMS and rescue teams to relocate and rehabilitate those affected by the floods. Squads were dispatched to flood-affected areas in Kochi, Wayanad, Calicut, Idukki and their surrounding areas. We urge you to join hands with Aster Volunteers and help the victims of the catastrophe. Our current areas of help include sanitation, medical camps, and providing school going children with supplies
