Palakkad Tribal Mission by AVMMS Kochi
Aster Volunteers Kochi, ASK Foundation, Peace Valley & Aster Medcity in association with Kerala State Forest Department jointly conducted 5 days intensive medical support camps for the Tribal population of Palakkad District. We provided basic health screening, free medicine, malnutrition awareness, and nutritional suppletory medicines to 515 beneficiaries consisting adults and children who are the inmates of tribal settlement colonies. In addition to this we also provided cloths and footwear to the students of Thalikakkallu Tribal school.

Sarfras Navas - Engineer
<p>Sarfras Navas was involved with distributing of food kits and a blood donation camp in Rashidiya. He expressed satisfaction in lending helping hand and in turn, being a hero to someone in times of need. He is also grateful for meeting people he would not have gotten the chance to interact with, if not for the volunteering experience.</p>
