On the occasion of World Cancer Day, Aster Volunteers in collaboration with Aster Hospitals India and GCC, hosted an international medical conference on Abdominal Cancers at the Al Jalila Foundation Auditorium in Dubai on Sunday, 23rd February. Satish Padmanabhan Senior Consultant Radiation Oncology MBBS, MD(RT) Aster MIMS Calicut Dr. Abdul Rehman Specialist General & Laparoscopic Surgery Aster Hospital Qusais Dr. Koulshan M. Jameel Mustafa Obstetrics & Gynaecology - Consultant Medcare Royal Specialty Hospital, Dubai Dr. Annu Susan George Consultant Medical Oncology Medcare Royal Specialty Hospital, Dubai Dr. Amal Premchandra Upadhyay Consultant Gastroenterology & Hepatology Medcare Hospital, Dubai Dr. Neesha Nair (Assistant General Manager, Medical Affairs and Quality Management, Aster DM Healthcare) played the role of moderator for the event. The seminar saw an engaging turnout, with 70 professionals attending in person and 35 joining online.
