Aster Volunteers Launches 7 Mobile Clinics to Deliver Healthcare to Underserved Communities in India

Lives Impacted: 7

Bringing Healthcare Closer: Aster Volunteers Mobile Clinics Hit the Road A new chapter in community healthcare begins today as Aster Volunteers proudly launches seven Aster Volunteers Mobile Medical Services (AVMMS) vehicles, flagged off by our Founder Chairman, Dr. Azad Moopen, alongside senior leaders from Aster DM Healthcare. In collaboration with Malabar Gold and Thanal, this initiative is designed to bring essential healthcare services directly to underserved communities. Five EECO vehicles will serve slum areas in Delhi, Kolkata, Patna, Bangalore, and Chennai, offering antenatal checkups, vaccination drives, and nutrition surveys. Two Bolero vehicles, under the Clear Sight Project, will provide free eye screenings and spectacles to students in government schools across Bangalore and Kasaragod. We are grateful to Malabar Gold for their continued support in providing medicines, educational materials, and food essentials, helping to power this mission. Together, let’s bring healthcare to where it’s needed most — making it a right, not a privilege.
