Ayesha has been a part of Aster Volunteer initiatives since 2013. She works in an administerial position as a manager and her involvement with Aster Volunteers helps her deal with stress by giving her a sense of fulfilment. The volunteering experience has taught her that there is no greater reward than a smile. Her most memorable experience was when she used her knowledge of Basic Life Support to save the life of an employee from the Kohlapur Collector's Office. While it's nice to be acknowledged by the news media in public, she chooses to volunteer for the abiding sense of peace and calm it brings her.
