Azif Abdul Rahman has been volunteering with Aster for over 3 years. An internal audit professional, he made a conscious decision to spend less time on Facebook and YouTube and instead dedicate his free time towards doing good.
His most cherished volunteer experience was when he visited Sonapur labour camp. It is here that he helped diagnose a patient with very high sugar levels and helped put him on a path to treatment. Azif believes everyone should spend at least 15 minutes a day engaging in some unselfish activity for the benefit of others.
