Ifthar Kits Distribution and Medical Screening to labors as part of Kindness is a Habit Campaign
As part of Kindness is a Habit initiative in the month of April, Aster Volunteers UAE is engaged with distribution of Ifthar Food Kits and free medical screenings through Aster Volunteers Mobile Medical Services UAE shall be extended to selected labor camps in and around Al Quoz, Sonapur and Khawaneej as per the guidance of Community Development Authority (CDA) - Govt. of Dubai in partnership with AKCAF (Association of Kerala College Alumni Forum) for the last 10 days of Ramadan. The inaugural of the session was done by Dr. Omar Al Muthanna, CEO of CDA in presence of officials of CDA, Aster & AKCAF on Monday, 10th April 2023 at Al Quoz in a camp of 3000 + workers. Workers shall be getting Basic Life Support (BLS) awareness training and Free Vouchers for Kidney Screening and HbA1c Tests @ Aster Hospital Al Muhaisnah along with the Ifthar kits as part of the Kindness is a Habit Campaign.

Sarfras Navas - Engineer
<p>Sarfras Navas was involved with distributing of food kits and a blood donation camp in Rashidiya. He expressed satisfaction in lending helping hand and in turn, being a hero to someone in times of need. He is also grateful for meeting people he would not have gotten the chance to interact with, if not for the volunteering experience.</p>
