Platelet Donation Drive in Dubai
Aster Volunteers is proud to share a few moments from our platelet donation initiative at the Blood Donation Centre of DHA (Dubai Health Authority). 45 Aster Volunteers Donated Platelets in the last 10 days (on 30th May 2024 and 6th June 2024) and achieved a commendable stature of the highest platelet donation in a single day and a shorter period. We thank all our volunteers who made this possible and responded to the crisis. Platelets, or thrombocytes, are crucial for clot formation and organ transplant support. They can be life-saving for patients with conditions like dengue, thrombocytopenia, or severe bleeding. United for an impact. Join us in saving lives!

Sarfras Navas - Engineer
<p>Sarfras Navas was involved with distributing of food kits and a blood donation camp in Rashidiya.
