Brewing up a new beginning for Sumathy Gopalan.
Sumathy Gopalan from Kanjoor lost her tea stall, her only source of income, to the devastating Kerala floods. Left without a lifeline, she faced the unthinkable prospect of not being able to support her family.
Aster Volunteers with the help of our partners, helped her set up a new tea stall with everything she could possibly need. The stall was inaugurated by Mrs Dolly, Vice President of the Kanjoor Gramapanchayat, at a small ceremony attended by the locals and the volunteers.
